Google Earth has a 3D map of Ancient Rome that was part of a University of Virginia project. It is presented below giving an interactive tour of Rome as an Ancient City. Explore on your own. You may have to download 'Google Earth' software to do this but it is worth the trip!
Update: Unfortunately, UVA has pulled the project and it no longer exists. The video below, at least, gives an idea of what it was, and maybe, will be again. I will update this should it be re-posted.
